Hi, I am trying to upload my SEV and my Vaccination Certificate on the Pre-arrival checklist but even when I press the button nothing happens. Can someone please assist me?

The same thing happened with me I was uploading pdf file buy it was not going then I took screenshot of my sev vacation certificate and air ticket and got approved the next day
