Could we enter malaysia with visiting visa till we get the eVAL?

  Hi, I don’t think that’s possible, because while on visitor visa, you cannot apply for any other passes in Malaysia. Hence you wont be able to get your student pass. Hope this helps

  You can but when your eval releases, you need to go to your home country and get SEV from Malaysian embassy and come back again
