If my emgs aprove my application can immigration reject my application
Yes, they can. It is the discretion of Immigration to issue you a visa/pass. But I don’t think immigration will reject without any reason.
Can u tell me the main reasons they are reject my Eval for ur expirence
Immigration can reject your visa/pass. But they are very sensitive and responsible individuals. They can’t deny you a visa/pass without a genuine reason.
I have seen issue like this.
Oh if some thing went wrong arnt they pending like emgs ?
They can reject your pass if they are not convinced that the certificates submitted by you are genuine for example. But usually, these are verified by the university and EMGS before submitting to Immigration. Most of the processes take time here because the system is slow. But it is good that they have a system. If our documents are perfect, it will be a smooth experience. For me, it took just 3 weeks to get a student pass.
