Hi. I am having issues with passing the facial verification on my EMGS account. I have completed my Pre Departure Check list successfully on my first phone , but when I changed phones yesterday I tried to log in to my pre departure check list on my new phone and it keeps on saying that I failed the verification test. Can someone please help me solve this as I am traveling to Malaysia today.
