Hello, My digital id selfie is showing “match failed” everytime I take a selfie even though I am taking the selfie as per the rules provided. Please guide me through this issue
Hi,I had same thing. You need to look at your passport foto and when you take photo you must look exactly same same hairstyle and face look.Then should work and look straight into camera.
