I am in my country and planning my trip to Malaysia any moment from now. We are not using ringgit here, how do I get Ringgit? I think it’s only when I get to Malaysia I change the dollar to Ringgit. My thought pls
Thank you for this information. However, is there any specification for the type of dollar acceptable in Malaysia? I once saw it here where someone was trying to advise that if we are coming to Malaysia we should come with a specific color of dollar. I have forgotten the colour, the guy just described the dollar based on colour.
You can xchange $ to RM almost everywhere here in KL, u can do that even @ the airport, all you need to do is make sure u have genuine dollar because they will scan its genuinety first, and the dollar acceptable in your country is also acceptable here (to avoid confusion when getting $ from BD if nt from the bank accept only the green colour dollar not white: such as 2003 upward series- even tho’ now hardly even to get white $ in the market)..once u arrived with $ u are ok
Yes I am from Nigeria. I was trying to do that through CBN, but seems I need to book return ticket before I can get PTA. If you have a way out I would be grateful.
Yes its has to be return ticket but u can apply for student upkeep(max 3000$/semester) all you need is a covering letter from your school stating ur upkeep like accomodation and so on.. u can discuss that with ur school
