Asking for a friend from Afghanistan. Her VAL is ready and now she wants to know if she requires to get a single entry visa (Malaysian embassy in Afghanistan is closed), also is there still requirements for medical checkup at home country? How to apply for home quarantine? Is vaccination certificates necessary? Flight tickets should be one way or two way? I appreciate it if someone can share their recent experiences with me?
