Check in chrome bowser
Try checking emgs website from your desktop not mobile app.
checked in chrome browse in my Dektop still don’t see any download option
Below application status, there will be another option called ” travel authorisation letter: ⬇️download”
Isnt there any?
Maybe try to refresh the page
