What is personal bond ?
The institute is required to submit the personal bond .

  Hi, The personal bond is used as a guarantee that the student to whom a student pass is issued will comply with the provisions of the Ordinance (Immigration Regulations 1963) and of any regulations made thereunder. Thank you
