Hi there. I applied for the student pass and the MEGS app showed that my application is closed since 28/Feb. and i have to contact my institution for further information, at the same time when i log in my account through the EMGS website, it showed that my application is in progress with 85%. How come app and website are different with the same application? I contacted my university and they informed me they did not receive any information regarding my application.
