Hi
The difference between eVISA and SEV is eVISA you can apply through online but must apply from outside of Malaysia and Singapore. eVISA take 48 hoours to be issued. SEV need to apply in the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate in your country which takes time a week or more.
If you are from any of the following countries then you can apply for eVISA and enter to Malaysia.
