Eval got expired due to restrictions to enter Malaysia during the third wave of Covid. Now I don’t know how to renew eval and institution said that they will renew eval but there is no update after that. Can anybody guide me.

  Ask your university to request an extension from emgs. You will have to obtain a new offer from the respective school as well.
