Hi, I’ve been waiting for my visa renewal process to take place for over a month now. My university had successfully sent over all the necessary documents over a month ago but since then there’s been no update on the EMGS app. I’ve also heard from others that their renewal process is taking a long time. May I know what’s taking so long and when I can expect to see some progress?
