I applied for the home quarantine for the first time and I got the approval but when it s expired before my I travel, I applied for the second and it has been rejected. I provided the same details in the 2 times
Please guide me

  Thank you for your kind assistance,
  I got it within 2 days, and it expired in 30/12/2021, and I applied after the expiration period.
