Hello, i am international student in Malaysia now, i have taken my vaccination and booster, i have vocation from late February to mid March and i am planning to go to my home country( Somalia) if possible my visa expiry date is mid May 2022, any advice please, can i travel?

  You need to do renewal 3 month before the expired date and please keep in mind that Malaysia immigration regulation is regularly changes through the times because of the pandemic

  No problems if you return before visa expiry.
