Hello
I had travel authorization approval but it is expired. When I again apply for travel authorization approval, the emgs system only takes my application as an update. I have added a picture for understanding. What’s the problem? I want to apply for travel authorization approval.

  Ask for TA cancelation first then reapply.

      My EMGS account show application is canceled.

      Send your request to enquiry @ emgs.com.my This is what colleagues did to cancel an expired TA and reapply.
