Hi, I’m an existing student with an invalid student pass. I want to return back to Malaysia, but my travel authorization letter is no longer valid. When I try to apply again for the letter, it says that I already have an application for the letter. Can I use the approved (yet invalid) letter, or do I need a new one? How can I apply for a new one, if necessary?

  Send a request to enquiry @ emgs.com.my for the cancelation of the previous authorisation.
