Hi,
Me and my wife got admission in Phd program in Malaysia. As we are accompanied with 6 months old child. I am coming from Pakistan. Currently I got SEV. Can dependent visa for my kid and wife be done from Pakistan or i need to be in Malaysia them apply for dependent visa.
