Hey guys
If one applies for an internal course transfer within the university, is it absolutely necessary for he or she to exit Malaysia and apply for a New Student Pass while overseas? Is there any way to apply for the New Student Pass while staying in Malaysia? Your reply will be really helpful! Thanks alot.

  No need to exit the country if it is the same university and the course is at the same level.
  Only if the course is a different level and/or different university, you would need to exit the country and apply for a new eval.

    Bless you for your lightning speed reply! Okay so as far as I have understood, New Eval is not required if im changing courses within the same university and in the same level of study? Also are you sure its the same procedure for all the universities?
