hi
my VAL is issued to Malaysia embassy in india
can i submit for my visa in Malaysia embassy in UAE?

  You need to ask for amendment. Liaise with your university.

  I think can, because i have heard you can proceed to the nearst embassy..
  but again you confirm with embassy.
  i do not think so,the write letter spevially for india embassy…
  they write val letter to the whon concern.

    The country where the sev is obtained should match the one indicated in the val.
