    • Hello Lion. I understand you submitted an application for renewal with your university and you still have not seen updates when checking at emgs?
      This is usually related to payment:
      1. Have you paid for the medical insurance fees for each renewal year?
      2. Have you paid for the renwal fees for each renewal year?
      3. If yes, have you sent the receipts to your university (each payment should have a seperate receipt)?
      4. Have you got a cover letter from your school and submitted it to the visa department at your university?
      5. If you have sent the receipts and cover letter, the university should create a record for you in the STARS system and dispatch the documents to emgs.

      Liaise with your visa department at the university to see what is happening.
