As you said, 5% yellow means emgs is waiting for the payment. You have not stated if this is an eval or renewal application. Once the payment is verified at their end, the process will resume. To double check, send the transfer details to emgs at additionaldoc @ emgs.com.my

If this is a renewal application, you need to send the payment proof to your university and onward to emgs.
