Credit or debit card would be the best option. However, if you do not have access to those cards, you would then need to look in your country for a tourism agency (for example) or a merchant who has a bank account and can make the trasfer in your name (your name must be mentioned in the details of transfer). That’s the only solution I could think of right now.
