According to the new updates , quarantine is not required for fully vaccinated individuals .. is that right??

  First time to hear this. The latest news is that a covid-positive tested student with full vaccination can travel without the need for quarantine.

      Those who have already tested positive for covid 19 and recovered already . They should be negative at the time of traveling.
