Not before either of the following events happens:
1. After the pandemic is over and the government restores the pre-pandemic regulations, where foreigners can enter Malaysia for a short stay on a social pass (up to 3 months for some nationalities).
Or,
2. After you go to Malaysia on your eval, get your student pass first then apply for a dependent visa for your husband, subject to the approval of your university and discretion of the immigration department.
I read an answer from Emgs to this same question in another post. It says that only students who have a valid student pass can apply for dependent visas. Having a valid pass requires, in effect, that you go to Malaysia, follow the registration procedures and get your student pass. After that you can apply for your spouse.
This may change of course if the country is open for social visits and tourism, whereupon your spouse can come on a social pass.
Originally, any person could go to Malaysia on a social pass. However, social passes are put on hold becasue of the pandemic. Unfortunately, this means you cannot bring anyone with you.
Affirmative. Get your sticker first in Malaysia then apply for your spouse’s.

Thank you.
Then is this the rule 1st I have to reach in Malaysia? After that I can apply for spouse? There is no way to fly together?
