Warm greetings,

My name is Njundu Jatta, I am from The Gambia, west Africa. I have received my eval approval, I have also made payment for my quarantine. I have booked my flight, but just realized that, there’s a few hours differences between my arrival date I gave for to my quarantine hotel and the actual. I have sent a message to my safe travels but no response yet. Any advice I can get from you guys will be very helpful. Thank you

  It is ok. Nothing to worry about. Send an email to the hotel directly. Anyways, when you arrive, the myeg personnel will contact the hotel to send you a vehicle.

    Thank you for your swift response. The hotel is IBIS Kuala Lumpur city centre.
