Updates on my renewal application:
Nothing is clear so far. I have been here for a a month now with little hope for the visa sticker to be obtained in a short time. I should have received it a week ago but something happened that obstructed the process.
I am preparing myself now for the worst scenario: get back my passport and travel back to my country. This means I am canceling thr visa renewal application and has to start over again and to repay the fees again.
Before I came, my status was 90%. Because of misinformation, there was a mistake in the paid fees. That was the cause of the problem.
I have taken a very long journey to come back empty handed. But life is unpredictable and I am accepting life as it is.
