Me and my wufe have tried to upload overseas vaccination certificate in Mysejahtera. Her vaccination certificate (Pfizer) is verified and can be seen in the app. My one is still showing “Not Vaccinated”. I gave Sinopharm vaccine. What should I do? I have received email that confirms that the vaccination is verified. Then why it is not showing in the app?

  Send your question to the Ministry of Health whatsapp number or through the mysejahtera application.

  It took only 2 working days. She gave pfizer vaccine. But we both received the email. May be you should wait 2 more days.
