      In this platform, students share their own experience to help one another expediently. This being said, if you wish to hear an answer directly from emgs, you need to indicate for them your passport number either in this forum or through email.

      If you want to get an answer in real time, talk to them on the phone. You will need to indicate to them on the phone your name, nationality, passport number and university of study.
      If you wish to get support from us, students, clearly state your issue: eval, TA, renewal, quarantine etc and indicate the specific problem you are facing.
