Passport No: 10611779
From : yemen
I’m student at LUCT University , I already applied for travel authorisation but it’s stopped at 20% it’s yellow and the EMGS said there is no previous record of a student pass endorsement in EMGS system under passport (10611779) , actually I renewal my visa with a new passport because the old one is already expired

This is my old passport and the new one and matching sheet from my embassy

  Hello Ali. In order to save time, ask your friend to send an email to additionaldoc @ emgs.com.my with copies of the two passports and explain the situation to emga. This will be faster than waiting here for an answer.

  Type your new passport number on new travel document when applying TA, just scroll around on the form and you will see

  Please be informed that the documents were submitted to the Immigration Department on the 10th of January 2021. Kindly note that there is no stipulated time frame for the travel authorisation application process. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
