Is it green or yellow? If yellow then it means your institution is required to submit additional documents or you have errors on your part that you need to correct (such as photo size and specifications or copy of passport etc.)
Anyways, the easiest way is to read the error explanation given to you if the color is yellow and act accordingly. Contact your university to check of they have submitted all documents.
