You mean you will indicate address A in the home quarantine form but when you arrive to Malaysia you will choose another address? In my case, I was in a hotel and the thing is that the officers at the airport got the taxi cab for me and gave him the address. He would never accept to drop me in any place other than the one written on the form. Another issue is related to the second covid test on Day 5. The covid medical people would go to the address that you gave in the form. What would happen if they did not find you in that place?
I am trying to read more information on the official website but could not find answers. I think mysafetravel would find it a good idea to augment their frequently asked questions including yours. Otherwise, there will be a Grey area.
No I mean I will do my quarantine at government designated stations however I will stay in a different address not provided in the declaration of accommodation address
After the quarantine, you get discharged and can go wherever you wish. Anyways, mysafetravel is the one who can give you an accurate answer. Give them a call or reach put through email.
