“Entry to Malaysia by foreign nationals is prohibited, except for those holding certain categories of residence visas and employment passes and travelling for certain purposes.”

Is it correct ? And it’s mean student who got offer recently will not be allowed to travel to malysia ? Please advice

  I don’t think so. People are applying for the visa approval letter and are coming to Malaysia to study. Check first if your country is on the banned list. If it is clear, you need to apply for the visa approval letter and go through the process until you arrive to Malaysia.
