      • Is it a renewal application? If yes, then you need to talk to visa office at the university to check if they have created a record for you with emgs. If new admission, there could be missing documents. Check the tracking tool again and read the notification. If it tells you that emgs is waiting for payment or additional documents, you will have to follow up accordingly. If the notification is yellow then your application will not move until the issues are resolved. There is also a chance that the tracking tool is not updated. So, indicate your passport number so that emgs can check.
