Respected Madam
Refer to the subject cited above, it is stated that my application status is still pending and at 35% with yellow color.
Two issues were highlighted in my portal.
1. Passport renewal ; whivmch I have submitted on 24th of November 2021, but still no update regarding that matter.
2. Accommodation declaration from institution; I have contacted to admission office if USM and response is that my Accommodation status has been updated and informed to EMGS office.
Despite these updates my application is still pending.
My passport number is CH9911762.
PAKISTAN NATIONAL .
Kindly resolve my issue so that I can apply for visa and start my study well on time.

  Both passport and accommodation declaration documents are updated but its still yellow.
