Dear EMGS,
I apply for new Val for PhD for this semester. It will be finish about after one month and half.
The university allowed me to study from beginning of this semester because I was waiting ending steps of graduation and cancellation visa for master. I hope you make actions quickly. My visa still 7%. My application no:
