Dear EMGS
My eVAL expired August 2020 and since then I have been applying for extension and up till now it has been extended. I received mail from my institution (UPM) that eVAL that was issued from end of 2019 upward will not be renew, that I should apply for New eVAL.
My question is that if I’m to apply for New eVAL which offer letter will I use for the application, as my starting date was October 2020, currently I’m in my third semester. I’m so confuse and frastrated now. Please advise me on way out. Thank you
