Good Morning, i have some enquires to make regarding about uncertainties of what to do. Basically, im a student in a private academy in malaysia however, the school is not able to provide me a visa therefore would like to make some clarifications. Additionally, I’m currently in Malaysia and my visa is expired, however, the school requires me to head back to school in January where the covid is less dangerous. Also i read the emgss E-val that students are required to go back to their home country but im already in malaysia can i just go ahead to do the eval without the need to leave? Can someone please kindly guide me on what i should do as im pretty much lost and unsure what i should and can do. Lastly, is there a solution where my guardian can apply the visa to stay with me even though im 18? Please please someone reply me, i really need some solutions
