Good Day, Dear all. I have just received “Offer Letter” for PhD from USM. My supervisor allowed me to stay my country and asked me to register. Registration needs EMGS Approval Letter. But I do not understand the procedure. Please help me.
Check the website of emgs. You will need to start there with the eval application.
