Dear EMGS office
I hope you are well

My application stuck at 35% today is 40 days and still no change in my application, I have received this message:

The issuance of your VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 – 10 working days from 03/09/2021 for the application to progress to the next stage.

After 40 days and I don’t receive anything until now.
Dear EMGS looking for my case because I will lose my Ph.D.

Passport number: A13019654
