Hello, My name is Rovshen Klychev and my passport number is A1109336. I am a student of INTI College Subang and a citizen of Turkmenistan. I want to complain about the unfairness and unprofessionalism of the EMGS work process. I came to this beautiful country three years ago and paying for my education always on time. EMGS started my visa extension process on the 10th of June 2021. Since that time, almost 4 months have passed and my progress stopped at 45% because my passport has less than 18 months as it requires EMGS. Due to the cancellation of flights, I can not fly back and extend my passport validation and our embassy can not extend it longer than 31.12.2022. But the thing is I provided a letter from Turkmenistan’s Embassy in Malaysia which asks for understanding from EMGS in order to help in my visa application. Some students with the same problem from my country get the help and some like me do not get it. I want to make it public how slow and unfair this system works. Please, explain this situation to me. Thank you.
