I payed the emgs payment on 6th sept but was rejected by the bank after which i payed through local transfer but the bank receipt can’t be uploaded in the system as the system doesn’t callow me to change the receipt. Emg keeps saying that they haven’t received the payment because the payment for the old receipt got rejected. I have attached the new receipt in this email. my enrollment in in 5days is there any way i can get this procedure done to at least get my emg approval letter. All my documents are complete and ready

I am an international student and i don’t know how the system works. any help would be appreciated.

I have been trying email multiple time with no avail can you please help me in this regard?
