Hello
The next question is about quarantine.
Why not turn the institutional quarantine into a home quarantine for students because this will save a lot of money for students and make Malaysia a popular place to study (instead of a lot of other countries that facilitate those procedures by taking vaccination and adherence to home quarantine) in these financial and health conditions difficult.

Why is it not enough to obtain a certificate of vaccination against corona, an examination against corona, and taking into account the financial conditions of students.
The procedures for dealing with the Corona epidemic in the world have evolved and changed.
