Hello there…
My VAL will expire in next 2 weeks, and I am still not able to come to Malaysia due to COVID-19 pandemic and MCO, if my VAL expire’s do I need to re-apply/ re-new the VAL or do I have chance to enter to Malaysia with same VAL? Or is there and chance to extend the VAL? If yes, what are the requirements and how long will take?

  Please note that your institution can submit a VAL extension application to extend the validity of your VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
