Hello EMGS
My name is Tarek ezeldeen
New passport num : A28362733
Old passport num: A16668469
Student in MAHSA university
I had changed my passport and applied for transferring the e-val to the new passport since May
But until now there are no updates
Last time you asked me to contact my university
And when I contact them they said it was from EMGS because they are not working now but one of my friends got his documents and he’s coming to Malaysia soon
Can I have an explanation for my situation

  You can try to email EMGS and FYI many application got stuck here because of the emco and mco
