HELLO EMGS, I am Ezzaddin from Yemen Passport no ( 08690362). I am already in Malaysia and I handed in my passport to the institution in the 11th of May, my status is already %100. Saying that (The EMGS supporting letter for your Student Pass has been issued to your institution and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office) But since then I didnt get my passport. Can I know some more details about this ?

  Please note that your institution has selected to obtain your student pass directly from the state Immigration Department. Hence, your institution submitted your passport to the state Immigration Department. As such, you would have to seek further clarification from your institution.
