They mean the whole application process. When did you apply for the student visa application?

Oh sorry, im an exisiting student. If for my TA, i apply it since june and it got approve around 28 july yeah.
If you student pass already expired please apply SEV if no hyst proceed to pay the quarantine, flight ticket and pcr test
