Hello EMGS member, hope you are well,

I would like to know please whether the Immigration departmen is still closed. I am a new student who applied for the EVAL and travel authorisation and my application has been on hold since 16th June.

  Please note that Cyberjaya Immigration Department has resumed the operation with minimal headcount. Rest assured, any updates regarding the VAL applications will be notified accordingly.
