Dear EMGS my passport number A11069055, is now 80% and pending passport submission but the issue here is there is EMCO in my school district and and school is closed I do not know how to submit my passport now since my school is closed due to EMCO please advice me on my what to do

  You just have to wait till the EMCO end so that the immegration department can start working again
