Hello EMGS my application is now 80% pending submitssion of my passport, but my case here is my school is closed because of the EMCO and my district is still under EMCO I do not know how I can go and submit my passport the is closed likewise we not allowed to go beyond 10km.
What should I do.

  You need to wait for your institution to open and since EMCO immigration also did not open so there is nothing you can do until relaxation on the EMCO

    If immigration close you cannot do anything about it
